Cummins Intake Plug

The intake runner on a Cummins is wide open once the intake horn or grid heater is off, and it's easy to drop a tool, nut, bolt, or debris straight into the engine. Our Cummins intake plug blocks the runner while you work. Finish the job without fishing parts out of the intake, and without a small mistake leaving you stranded later.

We make each plug in-house when your order comes in.

Install and use

• Remove the intake horn/elbow per your service procedure.
• Install the plug in the open intake runner right away.
• Leave it in until you're ready to reinstall the intake parts, then remove it and double-check that nothing was left behind.
