What is the return policy?
Devices unopened devices will have a 30day return policy. Refund will be submitted once the product is returned. Support, no refunds on support if its been linked. Parts are subject to 30 days if unopened and unused. 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all items.
Are any purchases final sale?
All tuning has a no refund policy, if its been linked and this is subject to the company.
Shipping Times
Items will generally ship next day, depending what was is ordered. Shipping time can take 2-5 business days for most items. Sometimes items can be delayed. We will do our best to help explain what may have caused the delay. Delays due to mother nature are outside of our control.
California/Support
We will not ship any products to Cali, due to their rules and regulations. I apologized for anyone in that state that is looking for products.
All support is EM on. What you get from the tuning company is between you and them. We do not condone Emissions OFF tuning in the US.
