This is the extended upper radiator hose used in the H&S 2003-2007 5.9L Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit. It gives extra clearance for an additional high pressure pump or other accessories mounted on the top and front of the engine. Use it as a replacement or for custom dual pump builds.
