CAT Fuel Water Separator Filter 562009

The CAT 562009 is the replacement fuel water separator filter for 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke trucks running a lower fuel filter upgrade kit. It's a spin-on filter, so service is quick and clean, with no plastic housing to crack and no factory cartridge to wrestle with.

Keep a spare with your service parts so a plugged filter or water in the fuel doesn't leave you stranded.

Fits

• 2011-2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke with our lower fuel filter upgrade kit: 2011-2016, 2017-2022, 2023-2025
• Does not fit the factory lower filter housing

What's included

• One CAT 562009 fuel water separator filter

Install note

• Drain any water through the kit's drain valve before removing the old filter.
• Spin off the old filter and lightly oil the new gasket with clean diesel.
• Spin on the new filter hand-tight per the filter's instructions.
• Prime the fuel system before starting.
